The other day a friend called me:
Friend: “Hey, you know you’re nominated for Best of Western Washington?”
Me: “I am?”
Friend: “Yeah, and you’re sitting at #1 right now?”
Me: “No shit! Let’s get some beers.”
Friend: “Matt’s Rotisserie or Fred’s Ale House?”
Me: “Why do you ask such dumb questions? Both!”
So apparently, we were nominated and since Everyday Jones has THE best fans, they’ve been putting us at number 1 for the past week. What do you get if you win? Dunno. What I do know is that since being #1 for the past week, our video/website/iTunes sales have gone up. That’s fairly cool. I wonder what another week, or 2, or 3 will produce.
